Choose the right Calendly plan
Calendly offers four plans to fit different scheduling needs:
- Free — Basic tools for individuals
- Standard — Advanced scheduling for individuals and small teams
- Teams — Team scheduling, lead routing, and admin controls
- Enterprise — Security, compliance, and dedicated support for large organizations

What’s included in the Free plan?
The Free plan is best for individuals with simple scheduling needs. With the Free plan, you can:
- Create one event type and schedule unlimited meetings
- Connect one calendar and use basic integrations
- Customize your booking page
- Send confirmation emails
- Embed your calendar on your website
- Use the mobile app and browser extension
Choose the Free plan if you only need to schedule one type of meeting and don’t require integrations beyond your calendar.
What’s included in the Standard plan?
The Standard plan is best for individuals or small teams who need advanced scheduling options. With the Standard plan, you can:
- Create unlimited event types
- Connect up to six calendars to be checked for conflicts
- Use integrations like HubSpot, PayPal, and Stripe
- Offer group (one host : many invitees) and collective (many hosts : one invitee) events
- Automate reminders and follow-ups with Workflows
- Customize your emails, booking page, and website embed
- Get 24/7 live chat support
Choose the Standard plan if you need multiple event types, calendar integrations, or workflow automation but don’t yet need team-level lead routing or admin controls.
What’s included in the Teams plan?
The Teams plan is built for teams or individuals who want powerful automation, lead routing, and admin controls. With the Teams plan, you can:
- Sync meeting data to Salesforce
- Use round robin scheduling — automatically distribute meetings across team members
- Route leads with Calendly, Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot forms
- Match known leads to the right rep using HubSpot lookup
- Manage events and permissions with admin tools
- Add Single Sign-On (SSO) as an optional add-on
- Get 24/7 live chat support
Choose the Teams plan if you or your team need to route leads, distribute meetings across reps, or manage scheduling at the team level.
Teams plan tiered pricing (annual plans)
The Teams plan offers tiered pricing on annual subscriptions: as your team grows beyond 30 seats, the average price per seat automatically goes down. The first 30 seats remain at the same price.

For example, if your team has 40 seats: seats 1–30 cost $16 each per month, and seats 31–40 cost $14.50 each per month.
You can add seats and view your total cost anytime from your Calendly Billing page. Discounts apply automatically.

The Enterprise plan is best for large organizations with advanced security, compliance, and support needs. With the Enterprise plan, you can:
- Use Single Sign-On (SSO) and advanced user provisioning — automatic user account creation and management through your identity provider
- Claim your domain and manage all users in one account
- Access the full Salesforce routing suite
- Stay compliant with an audit log and data deletion API
- Get priority support, onboarding, and implementation help
